Agent Cooper's Little Secret

I just discovered a fascinating post on Kyle MacLachlan who was Special Agent Dale Cooper. Also, I found this quote bellow which has actually nothing to do with the above Kyle thing but I still think it's a good one to share. I'm sure Agent Cooper would approve and might talk to Diane about it.

"The person with a fixed goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort. Just pursue the thought unceasingly. Step by step you will achieve realization, for all your faculties and powers become directed to that end." - Claude M. Bristol

Turning Dream Into Artwork: My Degree Project at St. Martins

One year ago, on the eighteenth day of March as the clock shows rise and shine, I woke up with a dream that changed my life.
Symbolically I am exactly one year after (it's also my sister's birthday) starting creative processes for college’s degree project. I shall name it by David Lynch's thought of the day that triggered this dream of mine on that magical night: so those three words were ROCKS ARE MELTING. I know that said makes no sense to you but god knows it makes a hell of a sense to me! Those were words that inspired the dream, so I said If my subconscious desires it, all I can do is follow...

Our final degree show (exhibition) will take place on 17. June 2010 with a Private View at Central Saint Martins on Charring Cross Building in the heart of Soho.
Apparently not a lot of time left, uh? This means we're going to be very busy those 2 months as there is so much to do: catalog, portfolio, promo cards, bushiness cards, web page, project evaluation, a fat workbook, preparation of the space and of the entertainment part of the show BUT the most important - ZE PHOTOGRAPHS.

Any kind of support for my postgraduate project is most welcomed. As potential sponsors I would like to invite companies that associate their brand with imagination, creativity, innovation and artistic excellence. If this sounds like your company and you are a dreamer yourself, drop me a line at lamovsek@gmail.com so I can provide details of our dream-scenario-collaboration. :) Thank you!

Now, let's first start to roll that rocks ...

"When Art Makes You Younger"

Hi, marvelous creative folks! Lately, I guess it's that time of the year, a few people decided to interview me. The feature I'm presenting you today has been done with an ambitious young Croatian Danijel Šivinjski - a photographer, blogger, journalist and a full time creative guy who has been author of this extremely fast-growing-interesting-stories-about-emerging-artists blog Die Without Art.
The story behind this title he chose for my feature "When Art Makes You Younger" was in fact a funny thing. When I told him the date of my birth, he thought I made the mistake. I suddenly realized that actually - in media - my age before this interview was never revealed. Well, now you know. (I grow younger and psst, Kate Moss AND Cameron Diaz are both older than me ;-D

So read the article - it tells you stuff about my future plans, about my show in London and also, it says a few words about you, my dear readers! So I guess this was it for today: I wish you all a life full of exciting possibilities and please, stay young forever.

Something Repulsive

"In the subconscious you fuck ugly people, never beautiful, because the libido always desires something repulsive."
